Cozy Mozy, as it’s name suggests, is a serenely comfortable, calming, airily bright, private Bahamian sanctuary.

Located in the exclusive and legendary, private community of Old Fort Bay, located on the western end of the island, Cozy Mozy’s charm permeates from it’s interiors and spills out to it’s surroundings. Beautifully landscaped roads and canals of the community lend for the most picturesque pathways and roads to enjoy leisurely strolls and evening bike rides (bicycles included). Two nearby playgrounds give our little guests fun and safe play spaces to burn off their extra holiday energy.

The extended golf cart (also included) is the preferred mode of transportation to The Old Fort duck pond, where you’ll have a giggle watching the ducks, turtles and fish outwit each other for your leftovers and bread. Or you may choose to never leave the house at all, and with it’s own private wine cellar, chef’s kitchen, enormous and sumptuous living spaces, private pool and waterfront gazebo.
This brand new, idyllic, waterfront, 6 bedroom/6 bathroom home enjoys 12 foot high ceiling and is flooded with natural light from the many huge windows wrapped around it. The large, airy rooms are outfitted with the coziest of white linens, while decorated with splashes of every hue of blue you can think of.

It truly is an upscale, island sanctuary. Cozy Mozy is situated on a quiet canal with a boat dock, which is perfect if you’re planning to rent a boat. Cozy Mozy is on the west side of the island and minutes from restaurants, food stores, liquor stores, spa, the airport and the beach!

Just a few mins drive in the home’s extended golf cart and you’ve arrived at one of the most desirable beaches in Nassau (if not THE most desirable) at Old Fort Bay…. think powdery, white sand beach. Access to the jaw-dropping, private Old Fort Bay Beach Club can be made available to rental guests at Cozy Mozy during your stay via daily passes allowing use of the beach club, the pool, restaurant and gym.

Cozy Mozy has 6 very large bedrooms with 6 spacious, en-suite bathrooms. The 3-level home has 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the main floor, 3 en-suite bedrooms on the second floor and 1 (massive) bedroom with bathroom in the attic. There’s a separate detached cottage above the garage with 1 bedroom with sitting area, 1 bathroom, and kitchenette with fridge, sink and storage.

Master – One King Bed with 42′ LCD TV. Master bath has his and hers vanity, roll top bath tub, large rain shower and awesome canal views of the water.

Bedroom 1 – One King Bed with 42’ LCD TV. Bathroom has large rain shower.

Bedroom 3 – One King Bed with 50’ LCD TV. Bathroom enjoys large rain shower.

This luxurious home offers enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests (combinations may vary with children). The entire house is central air conditioned, has hotel-quality linens and are beautifully decorated with a  beach contemporary feel. The bathrooms all have plush towels and as an added bonus- Dermalogica soap, body cream, shampoo and conditioner.

With over 6000 square feet of living space, this home abounds with natural light and sky high 12 ft ceilings throughout the home. The kitchen is a chef’s dream come true with all the necessary tools, new stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space. The living room is an open-feel and perfect for entertaining with a 62’ LCD TV. Outside feels like your own private oasis with a pool, beautiful covered seating area, an outdoor dining room table, lots of palm trees and other landscaping all over-looking the canal.

Please note we recommend a car rental while here as there are so many other wonderful things to see on the island with great duty free shopping, casinos, other beaches, golf, restaurants and other attractions.
